ONE-CHAMBER WEIGHT BAGS 33x15 cm

Single-chamber weights are most often used to fix electrodes (or for a similar purpose) on areas such as quadriceps, hamstrings... where fixation is needed on a smaller, flat area from which the weight bag will not fall, but will cover and fix a specific part.
The inside of the weights is a solid bag filled with fine sand.
The outer weight bag has a closure that allows the inner bag with sand to be replaced if necessary.
