  • I submitted the order, but I haven't received the confirmation yet.

  • I don't live in the Republic of Croatia, can I still order on the website cushy-design.com?
    All residents of the European Union can order from the website cushy-design.com.
  • Can I change or cancel the order if I have already confirmed it?

  • How can I order?
    Find the products you want to buy. Choose the quantity and the corresponding color and choose the "Add to cart" option. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the shopping cart at the top of the page. Select the option "View cart" or "Checkout" depending on the status of your order. By selecting "Checkout" you can create a user account or continue shopping without registration - as a guest. If you want to make a purchase without registration, fill in all mandatory fields with personal data. Payment method - you have several options available: Cash on delivery - payment in cash to the delivery person upon collection Payment by bank transfer/general payment order (Internet banking) By credit card After completing the purchase, make sure that you have filled in all the required fields with correct information and accepted all the terms of the purchase and then confirm your order.
  • Why can't I choose a specific size?
    The reason for this is that the desired size is no longer available.
  • How are customers notified if the ordered product is not available?

  • Why isn't my promo code working?

  • Can I delete a user account?
    If you want to delete the user account, please contact us by e-mail: design@kljucinterijeri.com so that we can delete it completely in the system, because you cannot delete it yourself.

    If you want to change your data, you need to click on the person's outline at the back of the page, which will take you to your user account. Then, on the left side, select the option you want and change your data.

    Simply select the "Forgot password" option and the system will guide you through the entire process.
  • How can I change my password?
    Enter your user profile by clicking on the person's outline in the header of the page. On the left side, you are offered the option of changing the password, where you can enter a new desired password. By clicking on the next option, you confirm your password.
  • Do I need to create a user account to place an order?
    It is not necessary to create a user account, you can make purchases as a guest by entering all the necessary data in the fields provided for this.
  • How can I open a user account on the Web-shop cushy-design.com and what information should I fill/leave?
    Creating a user account is very simple. You can register before the purchase itself or during the order. In the header of the page, next to the shopping cart, click on the person's outline and create a new user account. You can register by entering your personal data in the fields provided for this or via your Facebook profile.
  • Are the prices on the Web-shop the same for all forms of payment?
    Prices on the Web shop are the same for all forms of payment.
  • In which currency are the product prices expressed?
    All prices are expressed in euros (€) with Tax included.
  • Can I get an R1 account?

    Cushy Design Web-shop does not offer the option of paying in installments.
  • What payment methods are available?

  • I chose to pay by direct deposit, how much time do I have to make the payment?
    You have 3 working days to make the payment, after which the order is automatically cancelled.
  • Are there possible deviations in the appearance of the live product compared to the photo on the Web-shop?
    The photos on the website are symbolic, therefore deviations are possible.
  • When can I expect my package to be delivered?
    Estimated package delivery time is from 8 to 12 working days, if the item is available at the central warehouse. Due to limited storage space, certain assortments are ordered directly from our suppliers and in this case delivery is extended by 2-3 working days. Of course, we will notify you of any changes or important information to the e-mail or phone number you left with us when ordering.
  • Can I track the status of my shipment?
    The status of the shipment, i.e. the tracking number, is sent to you by the selected delivery service (Hrvatska Pošta, GLS, DPD...) after the shipment leaves our warehouse and is processed by the specified delivery service.
  • Which delivery service will deliver my package?
    Shipments are sent by Hrvatska Pošta, DPD or GLS Croatia delivery service. If you order from an area where these delivery services do not deliver, we will try to organize an alternative delivery service. In the event that none of these options are possible, we will notify you at the e-mail or phone number you left with us when ordering.
  • To which countries do you deliver orders?

  • What is the procedure if I am not able to download the package?
    If you are unable to pick up the package, the delivery service staff will leave a notification at your address about the attempted delivery.   • How much is the shipping cost?
    Delivery to the address - Hrvatska Pošta: The price of delivery by Hrvatska Pošta is €9.90. Delivery to the address - GLS Croatia: The price of GLS delivery in Croatia is €9.64. Delivery to the address - DPD Croatia: The price of delivery by the DPD service in Croatia is €9.97, and the price of delivery for other members of the European Union ranges from €17 - €45, depending on the zone in which you are located. These prices do not apply to Cushy Design wooden products, for which delivery is made and calculated separately.
  • How do I know if you have received my product return?
    After we receive the package, we send a written notification of its receipt to your e-mail address.
  • Can I exchange an item if I don't want a refund?
    Substitutions are possible. If you wish to exchange your item, you must return the item and select a new item of the same value.
  • I ordered the wrong product size, what can I do?
    Please send a request for the return of the item via e-mail to design@kljucinterijeri.com . Our employees will respond to the request within 48 hours of receiving it (including working days).
  • What are the conditions for returning items?

  • In the case of a product return, how is the refund of the funds paid?

    The return period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day the complete order was handed over to you.
  • Can I return more than one order at a time?

    You return the item(s) to our central warehouse at your own expense.
  • I would like to cancel the return, how should I inform you?
    You can notify us via e-mail design@kljucinterijeri.com, but we will assume that you have given up if we do not receive your return for weeks, months, years...
  • I received a shipment with a damaged product, what can I do?
    We kindly ask you to report the complaint to our e-mail address design@kljucinterijeri.com.After receiving your request, you choose whether you want a replacement for a new, undamaged product or a refund.
  • What is the best shipping service for product returns?
    Choosing a delivery service for product return is your decision.
  • How can I submit a request for the return of the shipment?
    To submit a request for the return of the shipment, simply contact us at the e-mail address design@kljucinterijeri.com. Enter the order number and postal code and/or e-mail address from the order, check your personal data, choose how you want to return the products and how you want us to return your funds. We will check your request and then accept/reject it. As soon as we review your request, we send a confirmation of approval/rejection of the request to the entered e-mail address, as well as further steps on how to return the item(s) to our central warehouse.
